A mini loan should basically serve to bridge an unexpected financial bottleneck. However, such a small loan should NOT be used for consumer spending . Such a loan is only suitable for you if you can repay your loan taken up with us within the loan period of at least 15 to a maximum of 60 working days.

What exactly is a mini loan?

 

Nick Adams provides money in the form of small loans from € 100 to € 1500 with a maturity of 15, 30 or 60 days, which are suitable for short-term extra expenses. A mini-loan is only suitable for you if your financial situation allows it, in order to pay back the amount within the period of 15 or 30 days. It is also possible to pay back in 2 installments. Consider this mini loan as an advance on your future income that falls into this loan period.

If you apply for a loan with us for the first time, this can only be done online via our website. In our online credit calculator, you select your desired loan amount, with the desired duration of 15, 30 or 60 days and then click on “request a mini loan”.

Successively complete the application form for a loan and agree to the terms and conditions.

During the application process, you can decide whether to add additional paid services to your basic credit. Once we have received your loan application, we will ask you to activate your customer account and send us necessary documents.

Once we have received all the documents you need, your application process is complete. We will process your application for an online loan as soon as possible and inform you via email and telephone about the status of our processing.

Can I apply for several mini-loans at the same time?

No. It is never possible to conclude more than one loan at once . This means that after receiving a Nick Adams micro-loan, you will not be granted a new application until the current microcredit has been repaid. So it does not offer the possibility to replace the existing loan with a new loan.

Applications for a Nick Adams loan are only accepted online via our website or via SMS. However, should a technical defect on our website ensure that no applications can be made, then applications within the opening hours are also accepted by phone. However, email requests are generally not processed. Please show understanding!

Can I also apply for a loan via SMS?

 

Yes, we offer the so-called SMS credit, but only in connection with the SUPER deal. If you have decided on the SUPER deal, please send us an SMS with the following content:

How do I refund my microcredit?

 

You will receive our invoice by mail and email. If you do not wish to receive the invoice by post, please send an email to info @ Nick Adams. The bill is the total amount you have to repay to Nick Adams and you will also find the Novum Bank IBAN number and the BIC code. Both are required for the transfer.

Important: Some banks do not process money and cash out over the weekend. Please keep in mind this additional time delay when repaying your mini loan, so there are no extra charges.

Applications for a loan are processed by our loan processing team exclusively during opening hours. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 09.00 – 17.30.

How soon do I have the money in my account?

 

If you would like to receive your money as soon as possible, then choose the SUPER deal , then your desired amount will be transferred within 24 hours. Base credits are transferred to your account within 7 business days. Once your application is approved, we will notify you by SMS. The exact processing time depends on the service option you have selected and the processing time of your bank.

When can I apply for a mini loan again?

 

As soon as your first small loan was repaid by you in time and we were able to record your cash receipt, we will inform you via SMS. From this point on, you can immediately apply for a mini loan again. To do so, log in to our website with your customer data and send us your renewed application for a short-term loan online. In case you want the SUPER deal, you can also send us your application for a new loan via text message:

Nick Adams provides small loans to consumers who live in Germany and are at least 18 years old. Your application will be rejected if it does not pass the credit check or if you do not send any documents supporting the claim data. Each time you send us an application, we will again assess whether you qualify for a microcredit. In addition, we will not grant any new microcredit as long as you have not repaid the previous microcredit.

What are the opening hours of Nick Adams?

 

With Nick Adams, you can apply for a small loan at any time of the day. Also in the evening and on weekends. Our customer service team processes your application within the opening hours. We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.30.

If I am turned away, will costs come to me?

 

No. If an application is not approved, the applicant will be notified by SMS and email, but no charge will be made.

Upon receipt of your online loan application, we will check your information for accuracy. After that we will do a “credit check” . For the execution of the credit check we use your documents and your information from the application. Please note that in order to apply for a microloan with Nick Adams, the minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years and the resident must be in Germany. This credit check results in the, for us relevant credit score. In any case, you will be informed by SMS and email about the outcome of this credit verification process.

Can I also qualify for a mini-loan with a SCHUFA entry?

 

Yes, we are one of the few loan providers where you have the chance of a loan despite SCHUFA. We guarantee that we will take a close look at your current financial situation and evaluate it fairly. However, we are aware of our particular responsibility to you and will not provide credit if our audit shows that a loan is not acceptable to both parties.

I paid back my first mini loan on time. What now?

 

When you are satisfied and everything is done, nothing else happens. Both you and Nick Adams have fulfilled your obligations under the agreement. There is no balance left open and there will be no additional costs, of any kind whatsoever. If desired, you can always use our service again.

If you should be unable to fulfill your financial obligations under the credit agreement concluded with us, then please inform us immediately via the service telephone number: 069- 1200 666 46. We promise that we will come to a mutually agreed solution!

Should Nick Adams not be able to collect any payment from you on the due date, you will receive the first reminder with a payment period of 7 days. If there is still no payment on your part then Nick Adams will send you a reminder twice, each with a payment period of 7 days. If you as a customer have voluntarily used the additional services that are associated with costs, then Nick Adams will charge you € 5 with the first reminder, € 5 with the second reminder and € 5 with the third reminder. You are in arrears from the due date and you owe the statutory default interest on the amount still to be paid up to the date on which the amount was fully repaid. Nick Adams does not extend your microcredit automatically. If a new payment date is agreed with you, the dunning costs continue as described above. You are required to repay the entire amount of the small loan. Nick Adams is authorized to inform a credit bureau that you are in arrears with your payments. In the event of a non-payment, additional collection costs will follow.
