The event I am referring to concerns an incident with Accurate Miniatures.  It is my belief they did a "scan and trace" of my 8th TFW decals after I declined to let them use the artwork to print decals for an upcoming kit for free.

I had many reservations about coming back to the business and I had just decided very tentatively to come back when this happened.  I appreciate the many supporters and well-wishers who have urged me to continue and not to let this one incident get me down.  The problem is that this isn't the first incident I've had it is just the first one I've gone public about and I'm sure it would be not be the last.  Everytime something bad happens my spiritual advisors tell me its best to not do anything about it because it will accomplish nothing and I should just move on.  I am unfortunately cursed with a thin skin and things like this truly bother me and I cannot simply shrug it off.  This time I chose not to just bend over and take it so I spoke out.  Of course a response quickly followed that amounted to character assasination portraying me as greedy and unreasonable.  Most of you don't know me personally to know this couldn't be further from the truth.  They will sell all their kits regardless I am surem they aren't going to pay me, they aren't going to admit what they've done and they're going to trash me for exposing them so I guess in the end my advisors are right.  I am sure Tom Myers and Bob Johnson have justified in their minds what they have done although that is beyond my ability to comprehend.

I renewed my webhosting a few months ago and so I plan to keep selling my inventory until the end of the 2008 at the latest but I may pull the plug at any time before that if life events dictate.

Again, I'm very very sorry but I just don't have the heart to continue.
