Be aware the vertical tail of the new Tamiya kit is significantly larger than the older Hasegawa or even Academy F-16 kits making the tail stripes short.  Although it was the release of the new Tamiya kit that prompted the release of these sheets, they were designed before it was available and therefore we didn't have a kit to test fit and no claim was made that they were sized for the Tamiya kit.  The tail stripe shortness has thus been called an "error" in discussion groups.
