We learned after the instructions had been printed that ALL the 8th TFW Phantoms participating in Operation Bolo had the new "curved" inboard pylons which incorporated the MAU-12. Those that still had the straight Navy LAU-17 pylons stayed behind. On 72-004 only the tiny little "Georgie Girl's" for the later version of 63-7668 were omitted. Hopefully you will all be doing it in the scheme for Col Olds MiG-kill. |
