48-008 B-1B Lancer Stencils for 3 color Camo Scheme 


This decal sheet provides complete stencil markings for the Revell 1:48 scale kit of the Rockwell B-1B Lancer when finished in the early, three-color “Strategic” camouflage scheme. This early camouflage was carried from 1985 until it was replaced with the overall Gunship Gray scheme shortly after Air Combat Command assumed control of SAC’s B-1B Lancers in March of 1992. The markings provided include rescue, maintenance, warning, and informational stencilling plus a set of the unique style of national insignia used for this scheme. The final style of in-flight refueling markings are also included. Although a slightly different style appeared on the first few production aircraft, its use was limited and it was replaced with the version included here after a very short time.
